Refund Policy

Refund Policy for Medical Billing, Credentialing & RCM Services

At The Med Managers, we are committed to providing professional, high-quality medical billing, credentialing, and revenue cycle management (RCM) services. Due to the nature of our work, please note the following refund policy:

  1. Non-Refundable Services
    • Once the credentialing or billing process has begun, all payments are non-refundable.
    • This is because credentialing and billing submissions involve third-party payers, insurance panels, and regulatory compliance, making the process irreversible once initiated.
  2. Scope of Work
    • Our team ensures proper documentation and timely submission to insurance panels and payers.
    • We cannot guarantee specific approval timelines or reimbursement rates, as these are determined solely by third-party payers.
  3. Client Responsibilities
    • The client is responsible for providing accurate and complete information, as delays or denials may result from incomplete, inaccurate, or missing documentation.
    • If a client fails to respond to insurance companies or provide necessary documentation, we are not liable for delays or denials.
  4. Service Completion
    • Once submissions have been made to insurance panels, the process is considered a completed service, regardless of the payer’s approval timeline.

By engaging with our services, the client acknowledges and agrees to this refund policy.
